Little League elbow: Cause, diagnosis, treatment

Little elbow League is caused by repeated stress injury to the elbow joint. Seen in immature tire (bones are still growing) children. It is the result of launch of the pitchers in baseball.

What can be done to prevent this condition?

Guidelines of the State of Little League that there should be two runs per game and six rounds per week. It was found that if these guidelines are met, then the impact of this injury is low. Excessive Launcher practice should be avoided. Good technique launcher should be followed. Parents and coaches should be more aware.

How long does take to recover?

Earlier, the injury is recognized short the need to retrieve. It can take 2 to 3 months for a full recovery.
